Today, we specialise in transforming homes, apartments, and holiday units into profitable, well-maintained short rentals. From guest communication and cleaning to pricing, marketing and maintenance, we take care of every detail, allowing owners to enjoy stress-free returns. Our Services

Full Management
Our hands-off model for property owners. We manage everything -guest bookings, cleaning, pricing, maintenance -for a fixed percentage of revenue (typically 20–25%). You retain full ownership and financial upside while we optimise performance and guest experience.

Profit Share
A partnership-style model where we split net profit (e.g., 50/50 or 60/40) instead of charging a fixed fee. Net profit = revenue minus operating costs (cleaning, supplies, Airbnb fees, etc.). We only earn when the property is profitable — fully aligned with your success

Guaranteed Rent
Ideal for owners seeking fixed monthly income with zero involvement. We offer guaranteed rent on qualifying properties — no vacancy risk, no management hassle. You get paid consistently while we handle everything. Available in select cases based on location and property type.
